Investigate how technology can make pharmacies more accessible and enhance the quality of medication. Enabling users with physical impairments a face-to-face contact with medical staff.

Research
Within the past few years, traditional pharmacies were competed by a range of online pendants.
While itโs hard for these online shops to reach the trust and personal connection that users build with on-site pharmacies, there are various digital features that compensate for it.
The research discovered the chances that the Internet of Things offers in this context while emphasizing with the desires, fears and wishes that users are having while accessing their medication.
Pain Points
People with a strong need for medication are often those ones with limited accessibility to pharmacies. However, Online-Pharmacies lack of personalized relationships, trust and timely delivery.
Problem Statements
Mila is a physically limited retiree who needs medical delivery
because she wants to spend her time on more fun things than buying meds.
Willi is 81 and needs to connect with his pharmacist from home
because he has a very limited mobility and cannot go to the pharmacy without help.
Adnan is a mid-aged engineer who needs a medical subscription
because he has a cronical desease and is annoyed to always go to the pharmacy for pickup.
Jamal is a refugee who needs to find an multilingual pharmacy
because needs assistance in finding the right medicine since and is confused by the complicated medical English.
Ideation
Goal Statement
The MediCall mobile app will let users find, purchase and organize medication more easiliy. This will affect the accessibility and quality of medication supply by creating a platform to connect with trusted and local pharmacies.

Layer hierarchy
The colour concept supports the visual hierarchy of the application and guarantees an intuitive userflow. While Call-for-Action buttons are highlighted in orange, the turquois base colour links back to the personalized user area.
